At Happy Dais, all items are made to order through our print-on-demand production process. This means each piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or general preference.
Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and colour selections before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery .

Order Changes and Cancellations
As orders are sent into production shortly after being placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been dispatched, Happy Dais is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services or customs. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your parcel, please contact the shipping provider directly. If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you.
